Length of the class

This is a multi-session cohort running from Sunday, March 29, 2026 through Sunday, May 17, 2026 (Orientation to Celebration). Each class lasts approximately 2 hours. The field trips will be longer due to travel time to and from each farm or location.

What registration specifically covers

Registration covers your participation in the full FarmaSis Spring 2026 cohort schedule, including the orientation, education sessions, farm experiences/field trips listed on the official schedule, and cohort community experience.

It also includes a digital welcome packet, bag, T-shirt, seeds, and gloves.

Important expectations

Participants should plan to:

Show up, participate, and stay open to get the full value of the experience.

Come prepared for outdoor and hands-on activities: wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and dress with arms and legs covered (long sleeves are best). Always wear boots and a hat to a farm. Gloves will be provided. Be ready for travel logistics on certain dates (some sessions note “leave Columbia” times).
